We hired Dave to be our realtor in the Spring of 2014. He really was very helpful in buying process. He gave us the pros and cons of each place we looked at as well as neighborhood information. We were unsure whether we wanted a condo or house and Dave was more than patient with us as we looked at both options. He had our best interests in mind and wasn’t looking for a quick sale/buck.
