The process of buying a home was made much easier with the help of Dave. Once my fiancé and I gave him the style and general area we were looking in for a house, he was helpful in sending us any and every home he thought we would be interested in. It was obvious that Dave has done his research over time and has a great wealth of knowledge and information. He is very detail oriented and can point out positive and negative things in a house. He was able to spot possible red flags that an inspector would find because he has dedicated time to researching and observing inspections in the past. A lot of those details can be easily overlooked while getting caught up in walking through homes, especially to new home buyers like us. I do not think he would have let us purchase a house if he wouldn’t be comfortable having his own children or family member live there. When we asked of his opinion he was honest and straight forward but remained unbiased because he did not want to pressure us into a decision. In our perspective, our decision on what house to buy was much more informed and confident with the help of Dave.
